WHAT: The ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ has scheduled special board and committee meetings on Thursday, March 27. In committee meetings, members will receive update reports from Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University and the University of Arizona on their Enterprise Risk Management Programs. Additionally, members will engage in a discussion with invited guests on university facilities and space utilization and review proposals from the universities regarding the graduate academic fees for resident and nonresident students.

• 9:30 a.m. – Special board meeting call to order
• 9:35 a.m. – 11:20 a.m. – Special board meeting executive session
• 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Audit and Risk Management Committee
• 1:15 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. – Strategic Initiatives and Planning Committee
• 2:15 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. –
• 3:30 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. – Special board meeting executive session resumes
